C&J Construction & Roofing LTD builds new homes and takes on developer packages across West Yorkshire. We work for private clients building a single house and for developers who need a reliable contractor on a plot or a small site, at whatever stage suits, from groundworks up or shell only.
New build work is where our roofing background pays off. A great many new builds are let down at the roof, because the covering is the last thing done and the first thing rushed. We build the structure and the roof to the same standard.
What we take on:

- Superstructure in brick, block and timber frame
- Floor structures, beam and block or timber
- Complete roof structure, cut or trussed, and covering
- External envelope, windows, doors, fascias, soffits and rainwater goods
- Internal fit out, first and second fix, plastering and finishes
- External works, driveways, patios, boundary walls and fencing
We work to architects drawings and structural engineers details, and we handle building control and warranty inspections as the build progresses. Shell only and weathertight packages are available if you want to complete the internals yourself.
