Can I live in the house during a renovation?

Sometimes, on a phased job. On a full strip out it is usually not practical or safe, and the work runs faster and cheaper with an empty property. We will be straight with you about which applies to your project.

Do you take on landlord and buy to let refurbishments?

Yes, regularly. We understand that every week a rental sits empty costs money, so we programme these tightly and give you a realistic completion date rather than an optimistic one.

How do you price a full renovation?

We walk the property with you, agree the scope room by room, then give you a fixed written price broken down by area of work. Where hidden defects appear once the property is opened up we stop, show you, and agree any change in writing before continuing.
